STEP.1 Mixing

Used to break and mix the raw material, making the auxiliary material and additives and flavors mix with soap noodles fully, reaching the formulation requirement.

STEP.2 Grinding

Grind soap noodle and other additives
Sufficiently to make the soap structure tight and improve soap's density and quality.
You can grind twice by 2 units of machine to make the luxurious soap.

STEP. 3 Refining and Extruding

During the operation of the screw, the soap body generates heat when it is extruded with high intensity, which will increase the temperature of the cylinder. At this time, it is necessary to use circulating cooling water runs by Chiller to reduce the temperature of the soap body so that it can go through homogenization and extrusion smoothly.

STEP. 4 Cutting or Stamping

When making toilet soap, should use a stamper instead.  
When printing, because the soap body is relatively hot, in order to better make the formed soap with the LOGO engraved fall off the mold cavity, frozen water runs by Refrigerator needs to be inserted into the mold body to cool down, so that the soap body shrinks and falls off.
