The StingPack™ 400 Series is a fully automatic base seal overwrapping machine capable of wrapping speeds of up to 40 packs per minute.  
With a PLC control system and HMI, quick change tooling combined to offer a highly flexible and efficient production machine.
All 400 series overwrappers comply with international safety standard, are supplied fully guarded and CE marked.

The troubleshooting activity may be previously carried out through phone support; if the issue cannot be solved remotely, we quickly organize an onsite intervention of STING technician to promptly fix the problem and allows the production to start again.

High quality and efficiency are the main features of our spares, that are always checked and controlled before the shipment.
We can also provide lists of critical parts adapted to the machine's model and year, that, according to our experience, we would recommend in order to avoid machine stop due to the lack of spares.
